Hi friends, I am an MCA postgraduate and going to attend an interview of Cognizant for the post of Programmer Analyst Trainee. I would like to know about the skills which are required to achieve this particular post. Please tell me if you know.

As a MCA postgraduate, you can not apply for the post of Programmer Analyst Trainee in Cognizant. You should have a BE/B.tech Degree (full tlme) belonging to CSE / IT / ECE / EEE / EIE / E&E / Applied Electronics / Computer and Technology / Electrical / ETE / ICE / Software Engineering with minimum 60%/marks.

>Skills required for the post of Programmer Analyst Trainee:

You should have a good understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, cloud basics and other technical concepts.

You should have ability to become a strong team player and co-operate to ensure success of the team.

You should be a quality to display outstanding written and oral communication skills.

You should be a quality to manage multiple projects and individual preferences together.
