What are the tips to follow for getting placed at capgemini being from IT dept...??

In order to get in to Capgemini, you need to clear four rounds,

1. Written Test.
2. Group Discussion.
3. Technical Interview.
4. Interview.

Tips for written test:

• Practise previous papers.
• Cimplete important topics first.
• Practise prepared topics from previous papers.
• Do more mock tests.

Tips for GD:

• Always listen to what others are saying.
• Clearly mentions what you want to say.
• Do not ever oppose other's statements.
• Gives chance to others to talk.

For technical round, you need to prepare well the core subjects and feel free to say NO, if you are not aware of any answer.

In interview, you will be tested in problem solving and decision making skills. Know about the company and the role you have applied for. Be confident in what you are saying.
