The career percentage asked by Capgemini is 60%. Hence the score of your 10th as well as 12th will matter. However, there will be not much influence of such school level marks in your interview. The things which matters the most in your interview are :-
- Your personality, attitude, confidence and dressing sense. - Your knowledge about the professional course undertaken and the job role requirements. - Your practical knowledge, learning from training and certifications and project works. - Your presentation an communication skill. |
