Hi,

I had finished my ug course. I want to join in a job. But I don't know how to get it. So I want to know what are the ways to get a government job. Is there any entrances to get a job in it. Will u please help me??? Can you suggest me the steps which I need to follow next?

There are many jobs after completion of ECE degree course.

Government jobs :-

- GATE is an effective medium to get a job in leading PSUs. If you score high you will get interview call in various PSUs.
- Other PSUs conduct their own written test for selection of candidates.
- You can appear in Civil Services entrance exams and opt for IAS, IPS, etc.
- You can get into defense sector through CDS, SSC, etc.
- You can get into central and state government organizations through State-PSC, UPSC, etc.
- You can get job in Railways through RRB and SCRA and can get a job in post offices or telegraph centers through VRA exam.

Private Sector :-

- You can get opportunities in various private sector companies especially IT companies through job portals, off-campus recruitment drives, third party consultancies.
