As ECE is the top demanding course in the field of Engineering there are several opportunities for you in ECE

Apart from a bright full career in Software field three are also many opportunities in Govt Sector.

If you are interested in B.S.N.L firms you need to be strong in the Communication part of your engineering course.

The post for B.Tech freshers in the BSNL Firm is Junior Telecom Officer.

To become a JTO one has to crack BSNL JTO Examination this will be similar to other competitive exams like GATE or so with less difficulty level

The questions which will appear in BSNL JTO entrance will be in Multiple choice format. One can easily get through this exam if has good knowledge in the subject which he/she completed B.Tech.

The top choice as a ECE Student must be as IES(Indian Engineering service) this is the top choice in my view because serving nation with your knowledge will always be the top choice for you to get with.

Apart from these technical govt jobs you can get into IAS/IPS IFS etc.,
and also you have chance to appear for central government jobs like ECIL, BHEL, etc.,

If you wish to go to Defense services then the Entries like UES,TGC, and SSC are ready to welcome you.

After doing Engineering in ECE you can give various Public sector companies and there is a facility of seprate exam for every company and by clearing that paper you can easily get job in that company. Samely in case of BSNL you can clear the exam and get selected in that company.

ECE is one of the most demanded branch in government jobs and PSU's. There are many PSU which recruit ECE graduates. They take their own exams to recruit the candidates for jobs and after the interview you will be selected for the job.
