What are the preparation that I have to do for IBS placement drive and what type of study method should I opt? I don't have much time only 10 days left. I am a fresher, please help me.

Just be prepared for the interview and if there is any written exam, then make sure you have gone through previous year papers for such placement drives.

Also, get your CV done with all the details about your qualification and skills. If possible take help of a professional.

IBS placement drive consists of mainly 4 rounds:
1. Written test for 1 hour
2. Group Discussion
3. Technical Interview
4. HR round.

There is no negative marking in the written examination.

Candidates who clear written test will be eligible for further rounds.

In group discussion candidates are divided into groups and each group will be of 10 to 12 members and there will be 2 moderators.

In Technical round the candidates will be tested in C,C++,Java,DBMS basics.

Finally in HR round candidate communication skills will be tested.
On who clears all the above stages will be selected.
