I want to know what is salary paid after mca or as a fresher. So who can tell me about the about mca salary as a fresher

MCA fresher can get in to any IT Company. Normally, MCA fresher gets 3.5 Lakh Per Annum and it varies from company to company. All services companies like, Infosys, TCS, CTS and others pay 3.5 LPA and product based companies like Qualcomm, NSN, Cisco and more pay about 4.5 LPA.

Salary depends on various factors. It fluctuates for the technocrats to a great extent and it usually does because of the variety in the talent and caliber of the students as well as the organization concerned. Hence the salary of a MCA fresher totally depends on his/her caliber and the organization which is recruiting him/her.

The salary usually ranges between 2.5 lakhs to 4 lakhs per annum. However, cases are also seen wherein the candidates get upto 10 lakhs per annum.
