Well MCA fresher's salary is almost similar to that of B.tech degree pass outs. Your starting salary will differ between Rs. 12,000 per month to Rs. 16,000 per month. Now after that you will have to keep on performing better and get corresponding raises. Your ultimate target must be to get promoted as a project leader. There you will not get a better job experience or better salary but also it will add a new feather to your CV. Slowly your salary will increase to 5-6 lakhs of Indian Rupees per month and even more.

As an MCA fresher you will be paid a good salary, because it comes under post graduation.
But the salary depends on the Company and the post you have secure in the company.
If the Company is Top standard then you will be paid a minimum of 18k-30k per month.
If the company is low standard then you will be paid a minimum of 12k-16k per month at the starting stage....
Your salary will be increased with your experience in the job.

-the level of the company
-the location of the company
-the criticality of the project
-the job designation that you are placed

If you are a key resource in the team that you are placed, then you will definitely get a good salary.

In MNCs, you can get good salary starting from 2 L to 10 L as well.

But you should crack the following selection procedure in order to be placed in MNCs.

Collect the placement papers of top IT companies in India and carry out preparation for the same.

Here is the minimum criteria that you should possess to be placed in MNCs.
