Whether a candidate will be called for direct interview if failed at 1st attempt but qualifies in entrance exam?


Hello everyone
Suppose a person has cleared the enterance exam
but would not able to clear his interview for any job ,
so would he has to be appeared for the exam again
or he would be called for direct interview??

Previous entrance exam will not be considered for job interview next time. You have to appear for entrance exam again to become eligible for interviews.

Some IT companies have a rule that those who fail in interview can only apply again in the same company only after six months.
