Whether Tata AIG Life is a private company?


Sir,
I have got a job in Life Insurance company which is Tata AIG Life. I want to know that is this a private company or a government? Please let me know asap.

Tata AIG is a 100% privately owned company.
It is part of the Tata Sons group.
It is a reputed and respected organization.
