Job profile: The role of the Assistant / Business Development Manager would be to recruit new Insurance advisor as and when required, develop training programs for them to provide them with proper knowledge of working and achieving set business targets. He would also be required to handle the current team of advisors, monitor their daily positions and move towards achievement of business targets. He would also be required to make some retail sales directly on his behalf.

Qualifications and Experience: The candidate must be a Graduate with excellent communication skills with an experience of 2 to 5 years in the industry. He must be mature enough and must be knowledgeable to handle a team of Insurance Advisors.
