Job Profile: The Main role of Assistant Manager is to undertake the recruitment of new agents through Business Associates/ Insurance Advisors. He also manages the team of Business Associates to achieve their sales targets with the persistency. He should develop the Business Associates in terms of team management support, training, etc. He ensures the Business Associates to move up on the career path and become Senior Business Associates or Managerial Business Associates.

Educational Qualifications: The candidate can be Graduate in any specialization. Post graduation is not required. The candidate should have good command over written and verbal English. He should also have prior experience in sales preferably in insurance, broking and channel sales. He should have Ability to work in target-oriented environment, have a quality of strong leadership, and have good negotiation skills.

Experience: 3 to 8 years in sales and insurance

Pay scale: Rupees 2, 00,000 to 2, 50,000
