Annamalai University offers a huge number of course and the quality of education is very well. In addition to regular courses this university also provides part time and distance courses. The commercial law paper, which is a part of Bachelor of Commerce Course, mainly includes the body of law that manages business and commercial transactions. The paper carries a total of 100 marks and the duration for the exam is 3 hrs. A candidate is given ten questions out of which one is permitted to answer any five. All the questions are having equal marks i.e. 20. The question paper covers the entire syllabus. Hence, students must take care of each and every module of this paper.
