The ICWAI commercial and industrial laws and auditing paper has a total of one hundred marks with an allotted time of three hours. There are two sections in this paper of fifty marks each. The first section has questions on commercial and industrial laws while the second section has questions on auditing. There are five questions in each section out of which students are required to answer three questions, question number one being compulsory. The first question is of eighteen marks and the rest of the questions in each section are of sixteen marks each. Students should select questions such that they can score well.
