Hi friends, I have completed my 12th with NIOS Board. I want to apply for Police Constable job. Kindly tell me am I qualified for the Constable job? I don't know whether I am eligible or not. Please let me know about this.

Yes, you can apply for the post of Police Constable after qualifying 12th Exam from NIOS Board. As the criteria for Police constable is that you should complete your Intermediate Exam.

Yes, NIOS is a government recognized open schooling board and it is valid for government jobs available in India. Just ensure that you fulfil the eligibility criteria for the job post you are applying for.

If you fulfil the stream or subject criteria then NIOS is not an issue for government jobs. The only issue open schooling will create will be in private sector.
