Respected Sir, I have completed my class 10th (CBSE) scoring 58% marks. Now I want to join VIT so I want to know can I apply for VIT after completing class 10th (CBSE) scoring 58% marks as an OBC category candidate? Please answer as soon as possible.

As per the eligibility criteria you are not eligible to apply for VIT exam because minimum qualification required to apply for this exam is 12th standard and a candidate must have passed 12th standard with physics, chemistry, mathematics / Biology with at least 60% marks from recognised board. Moreover relaxation of 10% is given to the candidates of SC, ST and northern Eastern states of India.
So 10th pass student is not eligible for this exam.

I hope you mean Vellore Institute of Technology by VIT.

Sorry to say but you cannot apply for the VIT as of now.

For VIT, the minimum eligibility criteria is follows :

* The candidate should be of 17 years at least.

* The candidate should have completed the 12th standard under the scheme of 10+2 at least.

You may not be fulfilling any of the above conditions, so you cannot apply for the same.
