I am in dilemma that whether can i give medical entrance exam with nios board exam certificates or not?

Yes, you can write the medical entrance exam with NIOS board exam certificates. NIOS is the Largest open school in World.

* NIOS board is recognized by all universities and education institution in India it is most authentic school in India. National open school is government authorized board.

*The secondary and sr. secondary certificates issued from NIOS have the same recognition as the certificates issued by the other boards like CBSE and up board.

There is no big difference between the score card from NIOS or from the State board. Both are equally valuable. So my suggestion to you is that feel free to attempt medical entrance exam after completing your higher secondary examination. My suggestion to you is that you should work hard with full of your dedication and score good marks in both of the exams so that you can able to get admission in any good well reputed college.
