Sir, I am a PCB stream student of class 11th. I am really worried about the future courses which I should opt. I am not interested in MBBS. Can I do B.Sc in biotechnology? Is it a right decision?

After completing 12th with Biology you have many options to do Graduation.

Yes, you can do B.Sc in Biotechnology with the degree you have.

Yes, it is a good decision if you are interested in that course then you must go for it, but if you are not interested then it won't be a right decision for you.

Yes you can go for it as if you are not interested in MBBS. Usually MBBS is the first option for any medical student as it has a good scope in future. Any way B.Sc has also a good scope.

After B.Sc you can also switch your field to govt. sector like UPSC, CDS, SSC etc. Its all upon you.

There are lots of courses which you can opt after completing your class 12th science in PCB.

They are as follows:-

> BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery).

You can also opt Forensic Science:

> B.Sc in Forensic Sciences.
> B.Sc in Life Science, Chemistry, Forensic Science.

After completion of your 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects from a recognised board, if you are not interested to pursue MBBS course, you can opt for any of the below mentioned courses :-

Other than MBBS you have many options in bachelor degree as you can pursue BDS, B.Sc and B.A.

Yes, candidate with the biology stream are eligible for admission in the B.Tech Biotechnology course. It is four year B.tech course. If you have interest in it then of course you can pursue it.
