I want to apply ntse exam individually, without applying from school,
then how can i apply?

A candidate can directly apply for the NTSE exam without any involvement from the school. You can download "Application Form" from the following link

How To Apply:-
1)You can apply online by visiting the official NTSE website.
2)And you can also apply by paying the fee through fee challan at any of the following banks.
1)Central Bank of India
2)Axis Bank
3)HDFC Bank
