How to get the application form to apply for NTSE exam?

i want to apply for Ntse examination for the academic year 2012 -2013, i am from Lourdes high school Banglore in class 8th, but iam not getting the application form

The last date to apply for NTSE 2012 has been passed already.

The NTSE is conducted for Std. VIII studying students.

The application process for NTSE 2012 started in 2011 itself.
The Stage-I exam was conducted in November and Stage-II exam has to be
conducted in May 2012.

You were not eligible for that NTSE.

You can apply apply for the NTSE 2013.

The notification for the exam is published in leading national newspapers.

You can also refer NCERT website for any notice/update in this regard.
