My son is in 4th class in delhi public school gr. Noida and iwant his admission in rimca dehradun .kindly give information

No, it's not possible now to make your son join RIMC (Rashtriya Indian Military College) because the student can be enrolled only in VII std and currently your son is in 4th std. The common eligibility of RIMC, Dehradun is as follows

-> Only 25 candidates are admitted for every six-months.

-> Candidate should not be less than 11.5 years of age or must not have attained the age of 13 years on (1st Jan) and (1st July) when joining.

-> Admissions are allowed only for Class VIII, so currently the candidate should have passed Class VII.

-> Candidates are selected only based on the All India Entrance Examination which happens twice a year.

The syllabus followed for the All India Entrance Examination is as follows,

-> English (125 marks)
-> Mathematics (200 marks)
-> General Knowledge (75 marks)
-> Viva-Voice test (50 marks)

So with total of 450 marks, a merit list will be prepared at the end of the exam and candidates will be selected only based on the results.

Now you need to wait for 3 more years to seek admission for your son in RMIC, Dehradun.
