In order to become an IPS officer, the candidate should have minimum educational qualification of graduation in any discipline from a recognised University.
Therefore, is your personal choice that in which subject you want to complete your 11th and 12th standard and your graduation.
There is no specific stream required.

There is no specific stream required for IPS Officer exam and you can study any stream of your choice without worrying about anything. Just prepare for the IPS exam according to their syllabus and exam pattern.

Selection will be based on the exam conducted by UPSC and all you have to do is score excellent marks in it to get selected for such jobs.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
