I am studying in Maharashtra but I have Maharashtra domicile certificate and Tamil Nadu government SC certificate. Can I apply for JEE main exam through SC quota in Maharashtra?

The caste certificate will work in your own domiciled state only, if you are applying for state government colleges. For central government colleges, you can use your caste certificate anywhere in India.

Just make sure that you are applying for central government college and your caste comes under the list of central government SC caste list.

No, As per Madras High Court, SC certificate is not valid of one state in another state, though the candidate also has the domicile certificate of that state. So if you fall under the SC category in Tamil Nadu you will be considered as a general category in Maharashtra and you will not get any benefit of reservation for your JEE exam.
