i am born in maharashtra and completed education in maharashtra.My parents belong to Bihar but they dont have any caste certificate neither of bihar nor maharashtra.In this case Can I produce Caste Certificate from Maharashtra State.If not ,what is the requirement?

The procedure is mentioned below:

- You need to download the form, fill the application with all the required details.
- You need to provide few documents like birth certificate, address proof, identity proof, caste certificate of parents/ family/ any relatives.
- Submit the application form and other documents in the tahilsidar office.
- After few days you’ll receive the OBC certificate.
