Which state will be considered as my domicile state?


Sir, I have studied 1st to 8th classes in Telangana state and 9th and 10th classes studied in Andhra Pradesh state. Which is my local to get a job. How many years we should be in local?

1. Your domicile state will be one in which you were born. The address of your birth certificate will determine your domicile. If you were born in Telangana then your domicile will be Telangana.

2. In 2014, Andhra Pradesh got bifurcated into Andhra Pradesh and Telangana for administrative convenience. Your place of birth will decide your domicile. If place of birth is in Andhra Pradesh then it will be Andhra Pradesh.
