You can opt for any stream in 11th standard in which you are interested after completion of your 10th standard. There are many streams such as Science, Arts and Commerce in 11th and 12th standard. If you are interested to become an Engineer, you can opt for Non-Medical Science stream. If you are interested to become a Doctor, you can opt for Medical Science stream. If you are interested in Commerce field, you can opt for Commerce stream.

I will advise you to take science stream for your further studies as you scored 74% marks in class 10th.
As you will be a science student, you will have a lot of scope in your future.
There are lots of courses which you can opt after completing your class 12th science.

For those who have an interest in Biology and are looking forward to a career in Medical line can opt for courses like:
> MBBS or Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery.
> BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery).
> BAMS or Bachelor of Ayurveda medicine and surgery.
> Physician.
> Optometrists.
> Dental Surgeon.
> Pharmacists. etc.

For those who have an inclination towards Maths, Physics and Chemistry can get into Engineering line. These are as follows:

> Mechanical Engineering
> Civil Engineering
> Aeronautical Engineering
> Marine Engineering
> Electrical Engineering
> Computer Science Engineering
> Bio-Medical, Information Technology
> Marine Engineering etc.

You can also opt Forensic Science:

> B.Sc in Forensic Sciences.
> B.Sc in Life Science, Chemistry, Forensic Science.
> Diploma in Forensic Science (Cyber Crimes).

It all depends on your interest in which subject.
If you want to be an engineer or to do some technical things the you must've to go for science stream which is the toughest of all.

But according to your percentage which is around 74% not a poor percentage but not also better enough, you should go for commerce stream. It also has nice scope in accountant jobs ,banks nowadays.
So, you should go for it because it will be the better option for you having your percentage in mind.
