My son is in 10th standard of Gujarat State Board and I want to know if he remains in Gujarat State Board in Higher Secondary then he will get any quota in JEE Main and Advanced?

No, I am sorry to say that there is no special quota for your son to get himself through JEE Main and Advanced. He will however, have to compete with rest of the students and prepare well for entrance examination to be able to get through it.

No, there is no special quota for Gujarat State Board candidate in JEE Main and Advanced.

No I am sorry to tell you that there is no special quota for any state in regards to getting admission to IIT.
There is a state quota for admission to the NIT in the state of Gujarat which in this case is Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat.
So the only quota for the state is in NIT Surat that will be given based on the state rank that your son gets.

No such quotas are provided in jee mains and advanced exam.
Jee exams are based on students ability and knowledge.
JEE exams are tough exams which are conducted for 12th passed PCM Students.
JEE conducts jee mains and jee advanced exam to select the students for NIT and IIT.
Candidates who passed in jee mains will get seat in Nit and they are eligible for jee advanced exam.
In these exams intermediate marks are consisdered.so, candidate should give intermediate exam and jee exam well to get seat in IIT.

I am extremely sorry to state that there is no quota in JEE Main and Advanced for the students from Gujarat State Board curriculum. The admission is done based on the rank in the exam and domicile of the concerned state. There is no discrimination of students based on board of education under which they have completed 10+2.
