My son's date of birth is 24.06.2009. He is admitted in class-I under CBSE Board. I want to know what is the age limit for 10th class examination under CBSE Board. Please tell me.

Your son must have to complete at least 15 years to appear in 10th examination. At this time your son is only 7 years old. He will be eligible only after completing accurate age limit.

To get admission in CBSE school in first standard, your child must have attained the minimum age of 5 years 6 months. Since, your child is 6 years 8 months right now being a first standard student, there will not be any age problem for him to appear in 10th standard CBSE Board examinations.

Now, he is to late to get admission in Std 1, as the required age to get admission in Std 1 is 5 years.
