SO Sir Please tell me the exact address at which i have to send my CPT Dec 2016 application form. And please also tell me that i already found my old picture and signature on application form so now i again paste my picture and overwrite the signature or what should I do? Please help me.

Do Not Overwrite.

It may lead to the cancellation of your application.

Instead if you have done some mistakes in the application this time, you can apply in the fresh application and make sure that you follow all the guideline and do not do any mistake again.

You can apply online so that you will not require to send the hard copy of the application anywhere.

If they require the hard copy still then, you have to send then to the institute of Charted Accountants of India i.e. ICAI.
