Hello everyone, I want to admit my son in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Ambedkar Nagar Region for 8th standard. So, is there any admission test for admission in this standard? Kindly tell me about this immediately. Thank you!

No admission test is not conducted for admission in Std 8th.

So, if you want to pursue std 8th from the JNV. You have to take admission in std 6th after qualifying in entrance examination and after completion get admission in std 7th and then in std 8th.

It is a co-education and residential school.

Admission test is not conducted for admission in std 8th in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya.

Entrance test is conducted only for the admission in std 6th, 9th and 11th.

So, no possibility of getting the admission in std 8th without completion of std 6th and 7th from JNV.
