Everybody says that a Bihar Board students never comes out in Civil Service exams. Is this true? What should a Bihar Board student do if she is in class 10th? What should she choose for the stream in 11th for being an IAS? What should she do if her Physics is also not strong?

No, it is not at all true and it could be just a myth associated with Bihar Baord.

Further, to be an IAS (Indian Administrative Service) officer, one is required to have completed his/her graduation degree course in any discipline from a recognised university.

So, one can choose for any stream as per his/her interest and strength to be an IAS officer as it is not mandatory to have pursued any subject at level of academics to be an IAS officer.
