I am LLM from University Pune with 54% of marks, am I eligible for appear in JMFC exam ?

JFMC stands for the Judicial Magistrate First Track Court. The exam is conducted by the state government.

The eligibility criteria for the JFMC exam is:

1. Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university.

2. Candidate must have scored at least 55% in LLB.

3. The upper age limit is 35 years for general category candidates and three years age relaxation to OBC and five years to SC/ST in upper age limit.

So if you have 55% or more in LLB then you can apply for the exam. You will have to clear written test and personal interview to get success in this exam.

Eligibility criteria :

Educational Qualification : LLB degree with at least 55% marks and should have 3 years of experience as Attorney or Advocate.

Age limit :

For Advocate or Attorney of general category - 21 years to 35 years ,

For Advocate or Attorney of OBC candidate - 21 years to 38 years and

For Advocate or Attorney of SC/ST candidate - 21 years to 40 years .

I have no any gap in education I completed BHMS degree and learning in last year llb I got first class every year but my age is 26 now am I eligible for jmfc immediate complete of llb please tell me.
