University of Pune LLM (Semester II) Legal Theory and Feminist Jurisprudence-II (LW-202) Papers
Pune, the main educational centre of Maharashtra had set up its university just after independence and since then it’s growing and has now become one of the finest universities of India. The legal theory and feminist jurisprudence paper is basically set up to clear the basics of the law and the legal system.
Syllabus of the subject:
The main aim of the syllabus is to understand the law and moreover to develop an insight into the jurist foundation of a legal system. The syllabus covers the doctrine of precedent, details about feminist jurisprudence, concepts of legal right, rawls theory and some topics on morals.
Pattern of the paper:
The test is of 3 hours and unlike other three hour tests the total marks of the test are just 60. It seems easy but since the questions are only essay type it is very difficult for the students to complete the paper. A student needs to solve only 50 fifty percent of the paper i.e. there are 8 fifteen marks questions and a student needs to solve only 4 of them. Seven questions are essay type and there is one more question containing 4 short notes in which a student needs to write any two.
