The Pune University which was set up in 1949 is one of the premier universities of India. The Social transformations and judicial paper, the name itself indicates the paper contains details about the judicial adjudications in India.

Pattern of the paper:

The test is of 3 hours and there are eight 15 marks questions out of which a student needs to attempt only four making the test of 60 marks. The paper has seven long questions and one question containing four short notes out of which a student needs to write only 2.

Syllabus of the subject:

The paper basically covers the nature and scope of the juridical process to make the student aware of all the details of juridical system and then the adjudication, its relation with law and the details of the juridical system in India is taught along with the court reforms.
