I am in mody university laxmangarh. I want to change my college after 1st year in b.tech computer science. is there any possibilities of getting lateral entry in 2nd year in manipal university jaipur. I have pretty good CGPA in my 1st year

After completing b tech 1st yr may I get admission to 2nd yr in other b tech colleges in CSE Stream?
