i had appeared class XII CBSE Main Examination 2013 and failed in Math, Physics & chemstry theory paper, can I appear compartmental examination to be held on July,2013?

First of Good understanding will save you from lot of remembering task before exam.Visual illustrations helps.Youtube videos will help you. :)
