Yes,you can join ICWAI course after completing B.Com . Being a graduate. you can register for the Intermediate Course directly without applying for the Foundation Course.

ICWAI stands for Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.

ICWAI as a course is conducted in three different stages.These stages are;

*Foundation course

*Intermediate Course

*Final Course.

-The qualification required for the Intermediate Course is either Foundation course passed or graduation degree passed .

-The minimum age to apply for the ICWA Intermediate course is 18 years .

-The qualification for ICWA Final Course is the ICWA Intermediate Course.
