i m in 5 th semester in B.E for course of I.C. so which one is preferable for me M.E. or MTech?

Any one of them is preferable as both have same value with respect to other.
Both are same and have same importance,there is no difference between both courses,they mean exactly same.

M.E stands for Master of Engineering,it is a master degree/post graduation degree in engineering,usually done after completing year bachelor course of engineering,with a view to complete masters degree.

M.TECH stands for Master Of Technology which is again nothing but similar to M.E,master degree/post graduation degree in engineering/technology,as engineering degree is often regarded as degree in technology,so they have two names for it
B.TECH or B.E that is for bachelor degree in engineering.
M.TECH or M.E that is for mater degree in engineering.

Both are considered same,you can opt for any one of them ,it is just change in name all other is same.
