How should I prepare for civils after completing B.Tech degree?


i have completed my b-tech degree in may 2013,i am 24 year old,i want to prepare for civils,please let me know the best ias coaching center in delhi,and i am an OBC candidate what is the age limit for me to attempt for IAS
