I cleared all my backlogs....my gre score 310,ielts:6.5 can get visa with out any rejections???? i have total 15 backlogs in b.tech all were clear now can get addmission in usa for ms

Yes, you can get VISA since you have cleared your backlogs. But you can get it when you satisfy the below conditions.

- Selection by some university for MS degree course.
- Qualify in the interview round at the VISA consulate.

Since you have good scores in GRE and IELTS, you have good probability of getting selected by university of USA. If you get selected you have high chances of getting student VISA for admission in US for MS.

Definitely, you are having good GRE marks and ilets along with clearing all backlogs so you just have to satisfy the eligibility criteria to apply for MS and Visa.
