Am I eligible to do M.Phil/Ph.D in clinical psychology through distance education


Hi,
Ive done M.tech and now want to do M.phil/Phd. in clinical psychology through distance education. Am I eigible for the same? if so, what will be the fee structure and process for admission.

I have completed diploma in electrical engineering after plus two.now I want to study BA psychology through distance education.is there any University in Kerala providing this course.Or after BA sociology,can I take MA in psychology?
