Dear sir/mam,
i am a humanity student of std.12 from kharagpur.my subject combination is geography,economics,english,bengali and maths.i have secured 80.4% in icse from a convent school,st.agnes girls h.s.s and my marks in english was 90.i am very much desperate to take up english honours after my 2 in a renowned college.i want to know how much % should i carry overall and the marks i shoul be keeping in english.i am also desirous to know the other two subjects you offer with the honours subject as i want to go for a english-philosophy-sociology combination.
I would be greatful to you if you kindly help me in this issue.

Min. 50% is required for honours in English. But higher cut off level depends on various colleges.
