Yes, you are eligible for WBCS exam.

If you have completed graduation in any discipline from recognized university then you are eligible for WBCS exam. Final year student are eligible for WBCS exam.

Your age should be in between 21 years to 32 years for general candidates.

Age relaxation is given below -

5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates
3 years relaxation for OBC Candidates
10 years relaxation for PHC candidates
5 years relaxation for Ex-serviceman

The WBCS selection process is consist in three way-

1)Preliminary exam(This Exam is based on Objective type Question Paper)
2)Main exam (This Exam is subjective type)
3)Inter view.

Yes, You are eligible to appear for WBSC (West Bengal Civil Service) examination. The upper age limit required to appear for WBSC exam is 32 years, and since your age is 27 years you can of course apply for WBSC Exams. Age Criteria:

Minimum age: Not below 21 years
Maximum age: Not above 32 years
For SC/ ST - 5 years
For OBC - 3 years
For PWD - 45 years (upper age limit)
Age relaxation will be applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates of West Bengal. The age limits 21-32 years are applicable for General Candidates and there is no age relaxation applicable for General candidates.
