SBI conducts many examination for the recruitment of the candidates in their banks on the various posts. But among them the most common are the examination of the Clerk and the PO.

The examination is conducted every year by the SBI. The eligibility to appear for the examination is candidate must have passed the graduation from the recognised university with at least passing aggregate. Candidate age must be between 19-28 years for the Clerk and 21-30 years for the PO relaxation for the reserved category.

The examination are conducted in th two stages as Written and the Interview. The candidate need to qualify in both the stages for the final selection.

The examination paper contains the question of the Aptitude, English, General Knowledge, Computer, Reasoning. State Bank of India is a Multinational Banking Organization that provides banking services. The SBI bank will conduct the PO Exam when ever there is Vacancies. SBI PO recruitment exam contains 100 questions and time limit is 1 hour. It contains three Sections which are given below.

Quantitative Aptitude: This section contains 35 questions on Numbers, Arithmetic, Modern maths, Geometry, Data Interruption.

Preparation Tips for SBI Exams :

1.First thing you need to collect the previous year question papers for reference.

2.There by you will get a idea of section wise break off for different sections in the written Examination.

3.Try to split the day timing into number of divisions and spend more time on quantitative aptitude and Reasoning.

4.Thus you can secure maximum marks from these two sections since English is the Section where we can score high marks with minimum Knowledge.

5.Coming to preparation part you can practice the high valued topics first and then complete less competence topics. thus you must complete all the topics before 15 days before the date of examination.

6.Remaining 15 days you should practice only the Online and Offline test and it should be about 35 in number. Then only you will get a required speed and get a idea to manage the time in Examination.

Eligibility for Clerk-

Nationality- You must be an Indian with Residential Proof.

Age limit-18-28 years for general category. For other backward caste a relaxation is given according to their category.

Qualification-12th passed out candidates with minimum 60% marks. For reserved category will have relaxation. OBC-55% & ST/SC-50%.

Eligibility for PO-

Nationality-As same as for Clerk.

Age limit-21-30 years.

Qualification-Candidates are required to pass out Graduation with recognized university.

Now-a-days compitetion is more for bank exams. SBI conducts every year clerk and PO's exams. The syllabus is quatitative aptitude, reasoning, current affairs, basic english and computer based questions. For current affairs read newspapers and watch news channels, to improve your english read english newspaper and channels. For aptitude buy R.S Agarwal book. Prepare well.All the best.
