I have passed twelfth standard in vocational computer techniques stream with 69%. I want to know if i can get direct admission in second year diploma course?

Yes, you can get direct admission in second year of Diploma course after passing 12th standard in Vocational stream with an aggregate of 69% marks from a recognised board. To get admission in second year of Diploma course, you need to appear in entrance examinations like VOCLET, etc. which is conducted by your respective state entrance examinations board. By qualifying the entrance examination, based upon your examination rank, you will be allotted a seat in a particular college and you can get admission in second year of three years Diploma course.

You need ITI diploma for getting admission in 2nd year of a diploma course through polytechnic entrance exam. There is no other way of getting admission in second year.

According to your qualification you can become eligible for second year admission in computer diploma only if we go by the lateral entry rules.
