Is it necessary to study Diploma in Taxation Law under AICTE/UGC approved institutes under Pune University?


Hello Everyone,
For doing Diploma in Taxation Law, is it necessary that institute must have AICTE or UGC approval which is affiliated by Pune University? Please help me to know about this.

I AM A TAX CONSULTANT BUT DON'T HAVE ANY LAW DEGREE.I COMPLETED GRADUATION IN THE YEAR 1993.AFTER GETTING THE CERTIFICATE CAN I BE A MEMBER OF TAXATION BAR COUNCIL?
