Why most of the Indians migrates to Abroad for research programs?

I am doing M.Sc in Biotechnology and I want to do research on Cellular Transformation and Translocation. But after searching alot I came to know that candidates migrate to Abroad for research program almost in every field. Why this is so?

In India research is not done on full scale and there is very less investment on R&D. In foreign countries specially US there is a lot money involved in research projects which is the reason they are better for such programs.

In India you will be able to research on only those topics which require lesser investment. This is the main reason most of the new technology comes from foreign countries because they invest a lot in research unlike India.

Reasons for migration :-

- There is better infrastructure to learn in abroad.
- The job scope and opportunities are more in abroad.
- There are better ranking institutes which offers better learning opportunity and exposure facilities than Indian institutes.
- There is less politics involved in foreign institutes and one gets to travel to a different country.
