What is the minimum age for nursery CBSE school as my son's dob is 29 th August 2014. Now he is 1.9 old.When CBSE nursery admissions starts ? Will he eligible for next academic year 2017 for nursery? Also is he complete right age for std first for CBSE? Or same age criteria is valid for ICSE school?

The minimum age required to join nursery CBSE school:-

I am sorry to say that your son is not eligible to get admission in class nursery.

The minimum age to get admission in nursery is that the candidate should attain a minimum age of 3 years and as yours son has not yet attained the age, therefore, he is not eligible for it.

To take admission in Nursery Standard The kids minimum age is 3 years and 6 months at the time of admission.

The minimum age required for the child to join Nursery in CBSE school is 3 years. Since, your son is 1.9 years old, he is not eligible to get admission in Nursery in CBSE school. You need to wait more 1 year 3 months to admit your child in Nursery in CBSE school.

According to the basic eligibility criteria a candidate must have a age of at least 3 years in order to get admission in nursery class of any board.
So it is necessary for your child to complete 3 years and then to take admission in CBSE board or any other board.

CBSE stands for Central Board of Secondary Education and same is a Central Board of Education which offers admission upto higher secondary school degree level in English medium with its school all across India.

Being born on 29th August 2014 your son is presently 2 years 5 months old and hence eligible for admission in Nursery in a CBSE affiliated school on the age criteria prospective as per CBSE norms a student must attain 14 years by the 1st October of that year in which he/she pursues his/her Class 10th and by the time your son pursues Class 10th he will satisfy the required age limit.

Also as far as you are concerned about age limit for ICSE admission then there is no such age limit but it follows the age limit defined by concerned state board of education.

Eligibility criteria to take admission in nursery:

A candidate must have attained the age of at least 3 years in order to take admission in nursery class in which ever board you are interested whether CBSE, ICSE etc
so your son has to complete the age of at least 3 years to take admission in nursery still he is not eligible to take admission.

There is no any specified age criteria for the admission in cbse schools but you have to contact the school in which you are interested to admit your son. According to me your son is too small to go to school. You have to admit your son in any reputed school cum play school where he will get the surrounding according to their age.

My son born on 14th May'14. So, could you please let me know if he is eligible for Nursery admission in year 2107-18

My son's son 23.07.2013 . Is he illegible for admission in class nur. In cbse affiliated school in accadmic year 2016-17

My daughter would be 3 years 11 month as on 31st march 2019. Whether she would be eligible for Pre primary admission in 2019.
