it sounds good that you have a great branch which is mechanical branch if you wanna take admission in m.tech then you can apply for it because here for m.tech a exam you will fight which is called GATE it''s a entrace test if you are clear it then you can take admission in m.tech and do it regular in this the government give you scholorship for it

The eligibility criteria for Distance M.tech course is that a person should have a BE or B.tech degree in Electronics, chemical, computer, mechanical, civil, etc. The students who want to apply for M.tech must have BE or B.tech from reputed college and there is some cut off percentage as a criteria depending on the college.
