hello..... i hav done BTech(IT)..... i wanna go for MBA from Amity University.....
so which is the best specialization for me to go for..... either International Business or Marketing & sales or HR..... plzzz help me out.....

just think your self which field or option do you like much.after long think you can choose

because so person have good human resource skills.so persons do not have by birth.
so if you like marketing skills .you take marketing .

if you can do well .you choose otherwise you can not take any one.

Whatever people say, I just personally think that software people should go to the Human Resource department in management studies.

With the Information technology background, you can prefer the HR sector among many variety of options in management.

The options mentioned by you all seem to be good options. The decision of selecting the stream can be done by you alone. You have to decide on the career and the job profile you would like to have. Also in the first year you will get a basic insight of all these areas. So you can take a decision on which of these are best suits you.

can i take hr and interinational business as my specialisation in mba?

which is better mba(international business) or mba(marketing and sales).

I M A B.TECH IT STUDENT. IS MARKETING DEPARTMENT GOOD FOR ME IN AN IT COMPANY. CAN I GROWN UP IN THIS DEPARTMENT. USUALLY I WANT TO BE A SOFTWARE DEVELOPER BUT I HAVE INTERMEDIATE KNOWLEDGE IN PROGRAMMING.

I am completed B.Tech in 2011 (IT).. now am doing MBA .. but am really very confusing stage .... which is best one HR or Finance.. am interested in finance. but is companies are preferred non commerce people. somebody told they wont prefer... please help me which option is better....
